bdox Terms & Conditions

Please read all the terms and conditions below carefully before using this platform. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and bdox.

Introduction & Applicability

bdox is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The following terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdox website and all of its services. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Important: If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using bdox. The Terms may change at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update is published will be treated as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account and enjoy gaming services on bdox.

Age & Identity

  • You must be at least 21 years old to use bdox. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
  • All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • bdox may request necessary documents from you at any time if identity verification is required.

Account Security

  • It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
  • You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
  • Transferring, selling, or renting a bdox account is strictly prohibited.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

The following policies apply to financial transactions on bdox. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all payment methods). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). bdox only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals should be made via the same method used for the deposit.

Fraud Prevention

If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are suspected, bdox may suspend the account and hold funds at any time. Using a bdox account for money laundering or illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bdox bonuses and promotions. If a specific promotion has separate terms, those will apply in addition.

Welcome Bonus Terms

  • New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
  • Another example: depositing ৳18,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.
  • The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000.
  • Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus funds only, not on the deposit.
  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
  • bdox reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonuses.
  • If bonus terms are not met, the bonus may be cancelled before withdrawal.

General Bonus Policy

  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
  • Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address, device, or household are not permitted.
  • Using bonus funds to transfer to another account is prohibited.
  • bdox may change or discontinue any promotion at any time.

VIP Program

  • bdox has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%).
  • You can advance to higher tiers through regular activity.
  • VIP benefits apply to active accounts only.
  • bdox reserves the right to change the VIP program terms.

4 Gameplay & Fair Use

bdox follows specific rules to ensure the smooth operation of the platform.

Game Rules

  • All games are powered by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.).
  • The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, bdox reserves the right to void or refund the relevant bet.
  • bdox is not responsible for internet disconnections during gameplay.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
  • Abusing the bonus system or intentionally circumventing its terms is prohibited.
  • Placing bets collectively or through mutual arrangement is prohibited.
  • If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

5 Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content published on the bdox website — including logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is the intellectual property of bdox or its licensors.

Permitted & Prohibited Use

Permitted:

  • Browsing the site for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • Using the site's features to manage your own account.

Prohibited:

  • Copying or redistributing bdox logos, trademarks, or content.
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the site.
  • Using site content for commercial purposes.

Voluntary Account Closure

  • Any player may request to close their account on their own initiative.
